Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as early as possible so we can offer the time to another customer. We may need to reschedule appointments due to weather, parts availability, or other circumstances beyond our control, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly.

Rebates and Incentives

We help customers identify and apply for available rebates and tax credits. Rebate amounts and eligibility are determined by the issuing utility or government agency, not by Mechanical Enterprise. We do not guarantee rebate approval or specific rebate amounts.

Warranties

Equipment we install is covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty, subject to that manufacturer's terms and conditions. Any workmanship warranty we provide will be described in your service agreement or invoice.
